Hi, I am Sara Gimberline! Relocating three times to three states ignited my interest in real estate. With a background in marketing and project management along with my first-hand experience as a buyer and seller, I bring experience, enthusiasm and client-centered focus to every real estate transaction. I strive to take an easy going, yet motivated approach that most of my clients find fun and professional at the same time. I listen to my clients' needs throughout the process and treat each transaction as if it were my own. My goal is to help my clients make informed decisions while achieving their goals.

Since I began my real estate career in 2014, I have been continually working to better serve my clients and I have earned the At Home with Diversity (AHWD) certification and the Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) endorsement from the National Association of REALTORS® and the FirstHome™ Certified Agent from the North Dakota Housing Finance Agency. The AHWD certfication is specialized training on diversity sensitivity, fair housing laws, and ways to develop professional guidelines for working in a multicultural real estate market. With the C2EX Endorsement, I completed a program that develops and enhances my commitment to ethics, advocacy, technology, data privacy, and outstanding customer service. For the FirstHome™ Certification, I completed a special training to learn about NDHFA's programs to assist first time homebuyers.

My favorite client story: I have so many! I really enjoy getting to know my clients and their families. I have helped multiple members from the same family many times. Usually it's because a family member came with on showings and when it was their turn to buy they reached out- which is always an honor. I helped ten first-time buyers find their first home in 2017 and the excitement for a first time-buyer on closing day is the best!

I grew up in Sartell, MN and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with degrees in Marketing and Management. I spent over 20 years in marketing, customer service and project management in the public, private and government sectors before starting in real estate. My husband Shaun and I live in Fargo with our kids – Stella and Sully, our beagle, Calvin and leopard gecko, Carlos. I love spending time with my family, cheering on my kids at their activities, going to the lake and traveling.
